Tender for Travel and Booking Services
The Secretary-General of the Regional Organization for the Conservation of the Environment of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden (PERSGA) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract with one or more qualified entities to provide travel and booking services for the Organization’s staff and their families, as well as for its guests and participants arriving from other countries to attend regional and international events and activities organized by the Organization.
Accordingly, the Organization invites interested parties, holding a valid commercial registration and an official license to practice travel services, to request the RFP document from the Organization’s headquarters in Jeddah or via email during official working hours.
If you wish to participate, please review the attached RFP document and submit your proposals (technical and financial) via email to tender@persga.org or in sealed envelopes delivered to the address specified in the document no later than 30 April 2026.

Tender for Restaurant and Catering Services
The Secretary General of the Regional Organization for the Conservation of the Environment of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden wishes to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract with a qualified entity or entities to provide restaurant and catering services under an open buffet system. These services are intended to support workshops, meetings, and regional events organized by the Organization within the city of Jeddah.
Accordingly, the Organization invites specialized companies and establishments licensed to operate within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and holding a valid commercial registration in restaurant or catering services, to express their interest and submit their proposals in accordance with the RFP document prepared for this purpose.
