The Secretary General of the Regional Organization for the Conservation of the Environment of the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden wishes to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract with a qualified entity or entities to provide restaurant and catering services under an open buffet system. These services are intended to support workshops, meetings, and regional events organized by the Organization within the city of Jeddah.

Accordingly, the Organization invites specialized companies and establishments licensed to operate within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and holding a valid commercial registration in restaurant or catering services, to express their interest and submit their proposals in accordance with the RFP document prepared for this purpose.

If you wish to participate, please review the attached RFP document and submit your proposals (technical and financial) via email to tender@persga.org, or in sealed envelopes delivered to the address specified in the document, no later than two weeks from the date of announcement of this RFP.
